How do the items fit?
Our garments feature modern, relaxed cuts crafted from heavyweight, premium-quality cotton. For specific measurements, please check the Sizing Guide available on each product page before placing your order.
How should I care for my garments?
To preserve the print quality and fabric structure:
- Machine wash cold (30°C or lower) with similar colors, inside out.
- Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
- Do not iron directly over printed designs.
2. Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship?
We offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders. We dispatch packages globally, though delivery cannot be made to sanctioned or restricted destinations (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, and Venezuela).
How long will my order take to arrive?
Every item is printed on demand specifically for you when you order, which takes 2–5 business days of fulfillment time before dispatch. Estimated shipping times after dispatch are:
- Europe & UK: 3–8 business days
- USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
- Rest of the World / Remote Areas: 7–18 business days (remote island territories may take longer depending on local transport schedules)
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order is printed and packed, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link so you can follow its journey.
Will I have to pay customs or import fees?
For most orders in major regions (EU, US, UK), items are fulfilled locally and will not incur extra customs fees. However, international shipments outside primary destination zones may be subject to local import duties or taxes set by local authorities upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
3. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange an item for a different size?
Because each piece is custom-printed on demand when an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or ordering the incorrect size. Please make sure to review our size guide carefully prior to purchasing!
What if my order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or with a printing error, we will replace it free of charge! Please contact us at info@vnlaboy.com within 30 days of receiving your package with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
My tracking says delivered, but I haven’t received my package.
First, check with housemates, neighbors, or your local post office. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist in locating or reshipping your package.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Because orders enter our automated fulfillment pipeline shortly after placement, changes or cancellations can only be processed if requested immediately before printing begins. Contact us right away with your order number, and we will do our best to assist.
