  • Made-to-Order Model: Every item from VNLAboy is printed on demand specifically for you upon order placement.
  • Visual Representation & Sizing: We strive to display product colors, designs, and dimensions accurately. However, actual colors may vary depending on display settings. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before ordering, as items are custom-made.
  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or design at any time.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
  • Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely via authorized providers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and contact information.

5. Fulfillment & Shipping Policy

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide.
  • Fulfillment Time: Because items are made to order, fulfillment takes 2–5 business days prior to dispatch.
  • Estimated Delivery Times:
    • USA & Canada: 3–7 business days
    • Europe & UK: 3–8 business days
    • Rest of the World: 7–18 business days
    • Remote & Island Territories: Delivery to remote or non-mainland areas (e.g., Saint Helena, French Polynesia) may take 30–60 days due to local postal routing.
  • Service Exclusions: We do not deliver to restricted or sanctioned regions, including Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, North Korea, Syria, Russia, Belarus, Gaza Strip, and Venezuela.
  • Customs & Import Duties: International shipments may incur import taxes, duties, or customs fees levied by local authorities. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Replacement Policy

  • Buyer’s Remorse & Incorrect Orders: Because products are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or for ordering the incorrect size or color.
  • Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items: If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will issue a full refund or send a free replacement without requiring a return.
    • Claims must be reported to info@vnlaboy.com within 30 days of delivery.
    • Requests must include the Order Number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • Packages Lost in Transit: Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Once confirmed lost by the courier, a free replacement will be dispatched.
  • Incorrect Address & Unclaimed Shipments:
    • If a package is returned to our facility due to an incorrect/insufficient address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs.
    • Shipments left unclaimed at local postal centers or customs offices and returned to us will also require reshipment fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, typography, shirt prints, product photography, logos, and digital designs on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of VNLAboy. Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any media or designs without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

  • Limitation of Liability: VNLAboy shall not be liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from your use of our website or products beyond the purchase price of the affected items.
  • Governing Law: These Terms and any agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with local regulations and applicable international legal standards.
